More callout features

Would be great to add a few more callout options:

Gray color
Custom colors, maybe in site settings?
Optional icons. Maybe one for each type? Warning, error, info, success, etc.
Set default (color, width, icon, etc). Can be tedious to change every instance.

Equal margins above and below callouts would also be nice. See attached.

Hey WillRodenbough thanks for that feedback!

Right now customers on our Enterprise plan can customize the colors in the callout blocks.

Totally hear you on the icons — it's something we considered for v1 but felt it was better to get this out there sooner rather than bloat the scope too much. We did ensure that we properly supported emojis in the blocks though, so that might be an option for now. Great to hear this would be useful!

And yeah great points on the defaults and margins — I've made a note of all of this and we'll consider it alongside our other feedback when we iterate on these blocks.

Allowing custom hex values would be even better. Could be similar to the global style guide settings for the color of other UI elements (dividers, etc). For example:

Callout colors:
#FFFFFF (delete)
#000000 (delete)

Love the new panel updates Atlassian just released. Would be super helpful to see some of these ideas make their way into zeroheight callouts. Lots of icon/emoji and color options.
