We are using the Starter Plan. and, We have uploaded our figma. boom. Like this, 20 minutes, no, 30 minutes have passed. Can you help us?
Hi inf_bk
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about this.
Usually, Figma files with more than 50,000 frames may time out or be slow to load in zeroheight.
We recommend splitting your files into smaller ones to fully sync without any issues. You can learn more about organizing your Figma files in our blog.
If you're still experiencing an issue, please email support@zeroheight.com.

Thank you for quick response.
When the number of frames is large, is it possible to upload even if it takes time?
Or would it be impossible at all? (eg. If it exceeds 50,000 or 100,000, uploading impossible)
It is possible to upload still, however, larger files will usually take a lot longer to upload resulting in you being stuck on the uploads screen for a longer period of time.
Therefore, we do recommend splitting your files into smaller ones to avoid this happening.
