Lately I've noticed when inspecting components that I can't see any color information. No matter where I click on this icon button component, for example, I can't see the color of the icon itself, which should show as one of our color palette variables. I'm pretty sure this used to work so this seems like a setback?

Components should show any colors such as the fill color when inspecting.
Is there any chance you could provide us access to the file you have in your screenshot, so we can run a few tests on our end?
